RENTAL TERMS :- Based on 4 person occupancy.

DEPOSITS:- 30% of the total booking cost. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking whichever is sooner, along with a damage deposit of £250 or 400 Euro (This will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay subject to satisfactory survey).

CANCELLATIONS:- Deposits are non-refundable
